In capital diplomacy you play on the regular map or you can adapt it to a variant. The way it works is by making it so that when you capture a country's capital and you have it at the end of a fall turn you get all of the country's SC's. Then you choose one supply center on which you would like to have the other country's unit turned into yours. The capitals are:
Austria-Hungary: Vienna
England: London
France: Paris
Germany: Berlin
Italy: Rome
Russia: Moscow
Turkey: Ankarra
